Depression, anxiety and stress.

These life-sapping enemies are not nice.

I call them ‘Life Suppressors’, there is no escape, it can be relentless. Whether it’s causing uncontrollable low mood, anxiety, fatigue or numbness, it suppresses all aspects of life.

I’m going to explain to you why it doesn’t have to be that way and how you can free yourself with something I call ‘Lifestyle Triggers’. I have used these Lifestyle Triggers to help hundreds of people break free from Life Suppressors like depression, anxiety and stress. More on these coming up.

Imagine that, the bridge to you feeling yourself again.

Here’s The Problem Though…

Depression, anxiety and stress are on the rise. Which is weird when you think about it.

As a race we are doing pretty well with all other aspects of health and wellness. Making incredible leaps in improving our physical health as we develop and learn more.

So why the problem with mental health, why this rise in Life Suppressors?

Don’t get me wrong. I want to make myself crystal clear. I’m not putting current therapies or medication down. They are intricate and well designed. You should aways follow your doctors advice. But, and this is a big BUT, they are not enough. They all have a huge flaw. I’m going to tell you what this flaw is and how to over come it.

It’s time for something different and that’s exactly what I’m going to teach you…

Time For An Introduction…

Hey I’m Ben. I have been working at one of the UK’s leading mental health hospitals for the past 5 years. Where I have helped hundreds of people relieve the nasty symptoms of depression, anxiety and stress.

I have been doing this with techniques that are a little bit different…

With something I call ‘Lifestyle Triggers’.

You probably have one big question right now-

‘What’s A Lifestyle Trigger?’

That’s a good question and the people I help often ask me this when we get started. This is my response…

Imagine you have two buckets in your body (probably not the scientific response you were expecting, stick with me, it could change your life).

One bucket is for stress hormones (cortisol and adrenalin), the other is for feel-good neurotransmitters (chemical messengers in the brain responsible for mood and emotion). Normally there are optimal levels of these that compliment each other, this creates harmony and serenity in your mind and body. I call this balance your ‘Hormone Harmony’.

The actual uncontrollable symptoms of depression and anxiety, are caused when this Hormone Harmony is no longer optimal. Stress hormones are too high and feel-good neurotransmitters are too low or not receipting properly anymore. I call this a ‘Negative Hormone Harmony’.

Usual response- ‘But wait, isn’t depression and anxiety a psychological thing? Caused by your thoughts?

Well, of course depression, anxiety and stress can be triggered by negative thoughts. But, your body and mind is designed to be able to deal with negative thoughts. The real problems, the uncontrollable symptoms, obsessive negative thoughts, disconnection, fatigue and exhaustion. The actual cause of this is your Negative Hormone Harmony.

That’s why you can’t ‘just snap out of it’.

That’s why sometimes you have no rationale reason to feel like it, but you just wake up like it.

That’s why traditional therapy isn’t enough when it come to depression and anxiety relief.

Does this make sense? Good, let’s keep going…

So the way I help people, is to adjust their Hormone Harmony back to where it should be.

You guessed it, I do this with Lifestyle Triggers.

So what are they?

They are unique simple daily changes that all add up to have a positive biological change to your body and brain function, that rebalance your Hormone Harmony. Put simply, empty the bucket of stress hormones and increase the bucket of feel-good neurotransmitters. I have done this with around 500 people now and that number is growing by the day.
